3.16.040 - Established.

There is established, pursuant to Section 1114 of the Charter, a revolving petty cash fund for the police department.

3.16.050 - Use.

The petty case fund established by the preceding section shall be paid to the chief of police and used for payment in cash of expenditures provided for in the budget of the particular fiscal year that cannot conveniently be paid otherwise, and the chief of police shall account for the expenditures of such funds monthly in the form and in the manner as may be, from time to time, designated by the city manager.

3.16.060 - Amount allocated to fund.

The sum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) is allocated to the petty cash fund for the police department, which amount may be changed from time to time by resolution of the city council.
