5.36.010 - Definitions.¶
As used in this chapter, "nude" and "seminude" mean the exposure or simulated exposure of the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks or female breast.

5.36.020 - Owner of business serving alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption.¶
It is unlawful for the owner of any business serving alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption to employ or allow to be on his business premises any person in a nude or seminude state where such nude or seminude person can be seen by members of the public.

5.36.030 - Owner of premises where alcoholic beverages are served for on-site consumption.¶
It is unlawful for the owner of any property, where alcoholic beverages are served for on-site consumption, when used for business purposes, to employ or allow to be on such property, with his knowledge, any person in a nude or seminude state where such nude or seminude person can be seen by members of the public.

It is unlawful for any person to appear nude or seminude at any business establishment serving alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption where such nude or seminude person can be seen by members of the public.

5.36.050 - Owner of business serving persons under the age of eighteen.¶
It is unlawful for the owner of any business which allows persons under the age of eighteen (18) on the premises to employ or allow to be on his business premises any person in a nude or seminude state where such nude or seminude person can be seen by members of the public.

5.36.060 - Owner of premises where persons under the age of eighteen are served.¶
It is unlawful for the owner of any property, when used for business purposes, where persons under the age of eighteen (18) are served, to employ or allow to be on such property with his knowledge, any person in a nude or seminude state where such nude or seminude person can be seen by members of the public.

It is unlawful for any person to appear nude or seminude at a business establishment which serves persons under the age of eighteen (18) where such nude or seminude person can be seen by members of the public.

5.36.080 - Cumulative effect.¶
This chapter shall be in addition to and cumulative with all other laws existing now or in the future regulating nude, seminude, lewd or obscene activities, both civil and criminal.

5.36.090 - Violation—Penalty.¶
Violation of any part of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment not to exceed six months, or both. Imprisonment may be at the Fresno County Jail or the Mendota city jail.
