Sec. 8.28.010 - County Free Library System Established.¶

A County Free Library System is hereby established for the unincorporated areas of the County of Mendocino, State of California, as provided in Chapter 2, Division XX of the Education Code of the State of California; and the Board of Supervisors shall proceed to establish said County Free Library System as provided therein.

This Chapter may be amended or repealed by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Mendocino, State of California.
