Sec. 17-83. - Improvement Plan—Specification Checking and Construction Inspection Fee.¶

When certain improvements are required as a condition of approval of the tentative map, before submitting the final map to the Board of Supervisors for filing with the County Recorder or allowing work to commence, the Department of Public Works shall charge and collect a fee, the amount to be set by Resolution passed by the Board of Supervisors.
