8.36.010 - General purpose.¶
The purpose of this chapter is to establish standards for the issuance of a grading score which represents the compliance of food establishments with local ordinances and state law.

8.36.020 - Incorporation by reference.¶
Pursuant to Government Code Sections 50022.1 et seq., Ordinance No. G-7463 of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kern, State of California which adds Chapter 8.58 to Title 8 of the Kern County Ordinance Code regarding food establishment grading and each and every term, provision, rule, and regulation therein is hereby incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth herein verbatim.

8.36.030 - Enforcement and penalties.¶
Removal of the Inspection Summary Report is a violation of this Chapter and may result in the suspension or revocation of the Environmental Health Permit. Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the provisions as specified in Chapter 8.54 of Title 8 of the Kern County Ordinance Code.
