4-3.1701 - Violations: Penalties.

Any person violating the provisions of the following sections of this Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in Section 1-2.01 of Chapter 2 of Title 1 of this Code:

(a) Section 4-3.403—Obedience to police or authorized officers;

(b) Section 4-3.405—Interfering with and obstructing officers and employees;

(c) Section 4-3.503—Obedience required (traffic control devices);

(d) Section 4-3.603—Right turns at signal controlled intersections;

(e) Section 4-3.803—Emerging from alleys, driveways, and buildings;

(f) Section 4-3.901—Driving through funeral processions and parades;

(g) Section 4.3.902—Clinging to moving vehicles;

(h) Section 4-3.903—Commercial vehicles using private driveways;

(i) Section 4-3.904—Riding or driving on sidewalks;

(j) Section 4-3.905—Riding or driving on new pavement and markings;

(k) Section 4-3.906—Obedience to barriers and signs;

(l) Section 4.3.907—Obstructing traffic by entering intersections;

(m) Section 4-3.908—Limited access roadways: Entering and leaving;

(n) Section 4.3.1210—Driving and parking vehicles on private property;

(o) Section 4-3.1401 (a)—Commercial vehicles restricted in the central traffic district;

(p) Section 4-3.1402—Advertising vehicles in the central traffic district;

(q) Section 4-3.1403—Animal-drawn vehicles in the central traffic district;

(r) Section 4-3.1404 (b)—Truck routes;

(s) Section 4-3.1501—Railway gates (driving through); and

(t) Section 4-3.1115—Parking semitrailers on City streets.

Any person violating any of the remaining provisions of this chapter, other than those sections listed in this section, shall be guilty of an infraction. Any person violating any of the remaining portions of this Section 4-3.1701, other than those sections listed in this section, shall be guilty of an infraction.
