8.40.020 Enforcement Procedures¶
8.40.010 Implementation Of Chapter¶
The county of Mariposa hereby assumes responsibility for the implementation of Chapter 6.7, of Division 20, of the California Health and Safety Code, relating to storage of hazardous substances in underground tanks in accordance with section 25282 and 25288 of the Health and Safety Code.
Sections 25284 and 25284.1 of the Health and Safety Code are hereby adopted by reference.

8.40.020 Enforcement Procedures¶
The Mariposa County health department is hereby designated as the enforcement body of the county and shall comply with the notice and consultation provisions of section 25282 of the Health and Safety Code.
The Mariposa County health department shall enforce the provisions contained in Chapter 6.7, of Division 20, of the Health and Safety Code at such time as the enforcement guidelines are presented to county by the State of California.

8.40.030 County Fees Required¶
The board of supervisors may, by resolution, adopt from time to time a fee schedule for implementation of this chapter. The fee schedule shall include, but not be limited to, fees for permits for repairs, closures, and spills related to underground tanks.
