6.04.010 Adoption Of State Provisions

The provisions of section 17041, 17043, and 17045 of the California Agricultural Code are adopted and made operative in that part of the county described as follows:

All land situated in the Stanislaus National Forest north the Merced River.

The provisions of section 16521 to 16524, inclusive, of the California Agricultural Code as they apply to estrays, shall apply to all lands included within the Sierra National Forest in the county, excluding and excepting therefrom those portions of land within the Sierra National Forest and described as follows:

The Southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 5 South, Range 21 East, M. D. B. & M., containing 160 acres, to which the provisions of this section are not applicable.
