1.08.010 Designated--Name¶

Pursuant to Government Code sections 71040 and 71042, the two judicial districts now existing in Mariposa County are consolidated into one county-wide judicial district. The judicial district shall be a judicial district consisting of all of the territory lying within the boundaries of the county and shall be called the Mariposa judicial district.
