17.56.010 Planning commission authority. ¶

The planning commission shall have the power to hear and decide appeals based on the enforcement of this title or the interpretation of the provisions thereof. (Zoning ordinance dated 7/94 (part), 1994)

17.56.020 Application. ¶

Application for appeal or interpretation shall be made in writing to the planning commission. (Zoning ordinance dated 7/94 (part), 1994)

17.56.030 Action by planning commission. ¶

The planning commission shall consider application and render its decision within sixty days after the receipt thereof. (Zoning ordinance dated 7/94 (part), 1994)

17.56.040 Appeal. ¶

In case the applicant is not satisfied with the decision of the planning commission, he may, within ten days, appeal in writing to the city council. A copy of such appeal shall be submitted by the applicant to the planning commission. The city council shall render its decision within sixty days after receipt by said council and the planning commission of such appeal. (Zoning ordinance dated 7/94 (part), 1994)
