The following regulations of this chapter shall apply in all unclassified districts and shall be subject to the provisions of Section 17.06.020. (Zoning ordinance dated 7/94 (part), 1994)

Uses permitted in the unclassified districts subject to first obtaining a use permit in each case, shall be as follows: any uses. (Zoning ordinance dated 7/94 (part), 1994)

Building height limits, minimum yard requirements, and other regulations for any use requiring a use permit shall be as specified by such permit. (Zoning ordinance dated 7/94 (part), 1994)
