17.32.010 Generally. ¶
The regulations in this chapter shall apply in all districts with which are combined A districts in addition to the regulations hereinbefore specified therefor, and shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 17.06; provided, however, that if any of the regulations specified in this chapter differ from any of the corresponding regulations specified in this title for any district with which is combined an A district, then in such case, the provisions of this chapter shall govern. 17.32.020 Accessory permitted uses. ¶
Additional accessory uses permitted in the A districts shall be as follows:
A. All uses permitted in the respective district with which the A district is combined;
B. Animal husbandry and small livestock farming; provided, that not more than one horse, mule, cow, or steer or similar livestock shall be kept for each twenty thousand square feet of area to a maximum of three such animals on land under one ownership;
C. Crop farming, tree farming and viticulture. (Zoning ordinance dated 7/94 (part), 1994)
17.32.030 Conditional accessory uses. ¶
Additional accessory uses permitted subject to first securing a use permit in each case, in the A districts shall be as follows:
A. Additional animals may be allowed on land area exceeding two acres;
B. Dog and cat kennels;
C. Sales of products produced on the premises;
D. Riding academies;
