§ 2.32.010. City clerk bond.¶
Each city clerk before entering upon the duties of his or her office shall execute a bond to the city in the penal sum of twenty-five thousand dollars, and in the manner and form required by Section 36518 of the Government Code of the state.

§ 2.32.020. City treasurer bond.¶
Each city treasurer before entering upon the duties of his or her office shall execute a bond to the city in the penal sum of fifty thousand dollars, and in the manner and form required by Section 36518 of the Government Code of the state.
