§ 2.12.010. Department established under jurisdiction of director of public works.¶
There is established the department of public works which shall be under the jurisdiction of the director of public works.

§ 2.12.020. Director's functions.¶
The director of public works acting directly or through properly authorized agents acting within the scope of the particular duties delegated to them shall also serve the following functions:
A. City engineer;
B. City traffic engineer;
C. Superintendent of public works.
