§ 2.12.010. Department established under jurisdiction of director of public works.

There is established the department of public works which shall be under the jurisdiction of the director of public works.

§ 2.12.020. Director's functions.

The director of public works acting directly or through properly authorized agents acting within the scope of the particular duties delegated to them shall also serve the following functions:

  • A. City engineer;

  • B. City traffic engineer;

  • C. Superintendent of public works. (Prior code § 2-32; Ord. 1516 § 11, 2013)
