§ 15.27.010. Sewer connection allocation system.¶

No building permits shall be issued by the city which necessitate sewer connections or which, in the judgment of the director of public works, would customarily require or necessitate a sewer connection except in accordance with the allocation guidelines set by the city council by resolution.
