2.48.010. - Administrative decisions; judicial review, time limits.¶

The provisions of Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6 are adopted by the Town Council, and the provisions are made applicable in the Town as further specified in Section 2.48.020.

The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to "decisions," as that term is defined by the Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6.
