Chapter 17.28 — CV-2 COMMERCIAL VISITOR SERVING DISTRICT

§ 17.28.010. Purpose.

The CV-2 district is intended to provide for visitor serving uses, including hotels, which serve visitors and residents which respect the rural character and natural environmental setting. (Prior code § 92691; Ord. 151 § 16, 1996)

§ 17.28.030. Conditionally permitted uses.

The following uses may be permitted subject to obtaining a conditional use permit:

  • A. All conditionally permitted uses set forth in Section 17.26.030 (CV-1 district);

  • B. Hotels;

  • C. Wastewater storage and hauling only within the Civic Center wastewater treatment facility institutional overlay district and only when associated with an existing wastewater treatment facility or with the Civic Center wastewater treatment facility.

§ 17.28.040. Lot development criteria.

  • A. All new lots created in the CV-2 district shall comply with the provisions of Section 17.24.040 .

  • B. In addition to the regulations contained in this chapter, all uses in the CV-2 district shall be subject to the applicable standards located in the following chapters:

Chapter 17.40 : Property Development and Design Standards;

Chapter 17.48 : Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements;

Chapter 17.52 : Signs;

Chapter 17.62 : Development Permits;

Chapter 17.66 : Conditional Use Permits;

Chapter 17.72 : Variances;

Chapter 17.68 : Temporary Use Permits;
