2.52.010 - Establishment of authority.

There is within the county a corporate instrumentality of the state known as the Madera County industrial development authority.

2.52.020 - Need for authority.

Pursuant to the California Industrial Development Financing Act (Title 10 of the Government Code commencing at § 91500), the board of supervisors hereby declares that there is a need within the county for the Madera County industrial development authority.

2.52.030 - Powers of authority.

The Madera County industrial development authority shall function pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and the California Industrial Development Financing Act.

The board of supervisors of the county hereby declares itself to be the governing board of the Madera County industrial development authority.
