§ 13.110

No applications filed for development of a new water supply system or replacement water supply system of an existing water supply system within Madera County that may use groundwater as a water source shall be approved by any employee, department or body of Madera County unless it is specifically exempted by this chapter or unless a water flow meter and water level measuring device permit is obtained as required by this chapter. All such applications shall be submitted to the environmental health deputy director for review and determination regarding the water flow meter and the water level measuring device permit.
