9.04.010 City Property – Defined¶

City property includes all property owned in fee title or under lease upon which public uses are provided including but not limited to parks, cemeteries, libraries, waterways, and governmental buildings.

All city property as defined herein shall be operated and maintained by the City as provided by resolution of the City Council.
