Los Banos Municipal Code Ch. 3 Improvement Standards and Specifications

For the purpose of establishing a uniform design of common engineering structures to be installed in the public streets and easements of the City, that certain pamphlet entitled "Improvement Standards and Specifications, City of Los Banos," adopted by the Council by Resolution No. 2385, September, 1983, and any subsequent amendments thereto, three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk for public record and inspection, are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as though set forth in this chapter in full, subject, however, to any amendments, additions, and deletions set forth in this chapter, and said pamphlet shall be known as the "Improvement Standards and Specifications, City of Los Banos."
