Note: Ordinance 1098 restructured Title 8 by repealing §§ 8-1.06, 8-3.02, 8-8.02, 8-11.02, 8-11.04, 8-11.05 and renumbering §§ 8-1.07—8-1.10 to be 8-1.06—8-1.09, 8-3.01 to be 8-1.14, 8-8.01 to be 8-1.15, 8-8.03 and 8-8.04 combine to become 8-1.18, 8-11.01 to be 8-1.16, 8-11.03 to be 8-1.19, 8-12.01 to be 8-1.17 and Chs. 8-10 to be 8-3, 8-12 to be 8-4 and 8-13 to be 8-5.

Ch. 4, Electrical Code, is located in § 8-1.07; Ch. 5, Fire Zones, is located in Title 4, § 4-3.08; Ch. 6, Housing Code, is located in § 8-1.08; and Ch. 7, Mechanical Code, is located in § 8-1.09.

Ch. 8, Plumbing Code, codified from Ordinance Nos. 431, 473, 556, 750, 780, 822, 856, 895, 951, 997 and 1065, is now located in §§ 8-1.15 and 8-1.18.

Ch. 9, Sign Code, codified from Ordinance No. 416, 428, 529 and 535 was repealed by Ordinance No. 771, effective December 4, 1987.

Ch. 10, Improvement Standards and Specifications, codified from Ordinance Nos. 291 and 732 is located in Ch. 8-3.

Ch. 11, Swimming Pool Code, codified from Ordinance Nos. 556, 584, 881, 895, 951, 997 and 1065 is located in §§ 8-1.16 and 8-1.19.
