17.04.1300 - Skateboard parks—Skateboard equipment.

Any person riding a skateboard at a skateboard park owned or operated by the county, that is designed and maintained for the purpose of recreational skateboard use, must wear a helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads.

17.04.1310 - Skateboard parks—In-line skating equipment.

Any person using in-line skates at a skateboard park owned or operated by the county, that is designed and maintained for the purpose of recreational skateboard and/or in-line skate use, must wear a helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads.
