§ 10.52.120. Riding on Right Side of Road Required—Passing Vehicles.¶
Every person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall ride as near the right side of the roadway as practicable, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.

§ 10.52.130. Riding on Sidewalk Prohibited.¶
No person shall ride a bicycle on any sidewalk in the City.

§ 10.52.140. Carrying of Passengers.¶
No person operating a bicycle upon a highway shall permit any person to ride as a passenger unless the bicycle is of the tandem type (having two seats).

§ 10.52.150. Carrying Packages, Bundles, etc.¶
No person operating a bicycle shall carry any package, bundle or article which prevents the operator from keeping at least one hand upon the handlebars.

§ 10.52.160. General Bicycle Regulations—Police Exemption.¶
Sworn police officers of the Lompoc Police Department, while engaged in the performance of their duties, shall be exempt from the regulations contained in Section 10.52.120 of this Chapter of the Lompoc Municipal Code.
