Sec. 6-7.280. - Inconsistent provisions of business permit law.¶

Notwithstanding other provisions of the business license law of the City of Lomita, the provisions in this chapter contain the requirements for obtaining and retaining escort service licenses and escort licenses within the city and shall control over all inconsistent provisions regarding such licenses. A city business license shall also be required for an escort service to operate within the city. However, merely possessing a city business license shall not grant an escort service the right to operate in the city without a valid escort service license.
