Sec. 6-7.205. - Renewal of license.

(a) Any person lawfully possessing an escort service license under this chapter shall have thirty (30) days from the date of expiration to renew his/her license.

(b) Any person licensed as an escort under this chapter shall have thirty (30) days from the date of expiration of his/her license to renew the same.

(c) License renewal hereunder shall be contingent upon satisfactory compliance with all sections of this chapter including submission to a "State Summary Criminal History."
