2.48.010 - Amendment to contract with state authorized.¶
A. An amendment to the contract between the city council of the city of Lodi and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System, is authorized, a copy of the amendment, marked Exhibit A, is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and is on file in the office of the city clerk, and by such reference made a part of this code as though set out in full.
B. The mayor of the city is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute the amendment for and on behalf of the agency.
