15.26.010 - Purpose.¶
This chapter is adopted in order to implement the goals, policies, and objections of the city's general plan regarding school facilities and to mitigate the impacts caused by new development upon school facilities presently, or in the future, to be located in the city.

15.26.020 - Policy.¶
All new development in the city will be required, as a condition of approval, to participate in the Western Placer Unified School District's ("district") existing community facility district financing program ("financing program").

15.26.030 - Definitions.¶
For purposes of this chapter, "new development" means any new development receiving any necessary general plan, specific plan or zoning approvals.
