15.08.010 - Minimum required for building permit issuance.

A building permit shall not be issued to any person, firm, corporation or partnership for construction of a building on any lot within the city limits which does not have the required right-of-way width from the centerline of the street, or proposed street, to the property line of the lot.

15.08.020 - Designation of minimum width.

The width required for the right-of-way from the centerline of existing or proposed streets shall be recommended by the city engineer. The width required for the right-of-way from the centerline of an existing street or proposed street shall be designated by the planning commission.

15.08.030 - Appeal to city council.

In the event the applicant does not agree with the right-of-way determination of the planning commission of the required right-of-way width from the centerline of existing or proposed streets, the applicant may appeal this determination to the city council.
