Sec. 2-100. - Authority.

100.1 This article is enacted pursuant to the authority provided by Sections 24009, subdivision (b), and 24011 of the Government Code.

Sec. 2-101. - Declaration.

The County of Lake hereby declares its desire to declare the Office of the Public Administrator appointive.

Sec. 2-102. - Public Administrator as Appointive Officer.

The office of the Public Administrator is hereby declared to be an appointive office; and such appointment shall be made by the Board of Supervisors pursuant to section 2-9.2, Article VII, of Chapter 2 of this Code.
