Sec. 8-4-407. - General standards.¶
The applicant shall perform the work for the installation of sewer lines under railroad tracks and across railroad rights-of-way in accordance with the directions and under the supervision of the railroad company on whose property the work is done. It shall be the applicant's responsibility to secure all necessary permits for start and prosecution of construction work on railroad property from the railroad company involved.
