§ 2.32.010. City clerk's bond.¶
The official bond of the city clerk is fixed in the sum of three thousand dollars.

§ 2.32.020. Treasurer's bond.¶
The bond of the city treasurer is fixed in the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars.

§ 2.32.030. Requirements of state law.¶
The bonds referred to in Section 2.32.010 and 2.32.020 shall in all respects (except as to the penal sum of each bond) conform with all the requirements of the provisions of the Political Code of the state of California relating to bonds of public officials, and in addition, the bond of the city treasurer shall cover the faithful performance by the city treasurer of the duties of his office and of his duties with respect to all moneys coming into his hands as city treasurer.
