§ 2.22.010. Established.¶
There is established and created a board of parking place commissioners for Laguna Beach Vehicle Parking District No. 1, pursuant to Division 18, Part 1, Chapter 8 of the Streets and Highways Code of the state of California, with membership, powers and duties as provided by the statutes of the state of California.
