Sec. 22-58. - License fees.

The fee for any license required by any section of this chapter shall be that established for the particular business involved. The fee and the duration of the license shall be annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly or daily as established from time to time by the City Council.

Sec. 22-59. - Omnibus provisions.

It is the intent and purpose of this chapter to license all businesses, occupations, trades, callings, or professions carried on within the City, other than those herein specifically excepted, and if the application for license is made for any business for which an appropriate category of license is not included herein, the Business License Division shall cause the application to be referred to the special permit committee, as defined herein, for its consideration, and if the license is granted, then the committee shall fix the license fee to be paid by such applicant.
