3.16.010 - Establishment of system.¶
After consultation with department heads, the city manager may establish a system of reviewing employee performance.

3.16.020 - Basis for pay changes.¶
Such review will be used in considering merit increases within the limits established in the pay plan.

3.16.030 - Basis for promotion, layoff and discipline.¶
Similarly, such review ratings will be given due consideration in determining questions for promotion, order of layoff, and in determination of appropriate disciplinary action.
