§ 3.20.010. Employees required to sign and confirm—Membership in Civil Defense System.¶
Employees of the city shall sign and affirm the loyalty oath as required by current state law. Employees shall recognize that as a condition of municipal employment they are a member of the California Civil Defense System as currently in effect. In the event of local disaster, under the Civil Defense System, employees will be required to perform as civil defense workers under the state's civil defense program.
