§ 7.28.010. Guns generally—Discharge prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person other than a duly appointed or elected officer of the law while on duty to discharge any rifle, pistol or gun of any kind within the city. This prohibition shall not apply to the use of any firing range which may at any time be authorized under the zoning laws of the city, where such use is with the consent and under the supervision of the chief of police.
