9.24.010 - Unauthorized tapping into CATV systems.¶

A person who, with intent to injure or defraud, attaches any wires, cables, devices or equipment to any community antenna television system for the purpose of receiving television signals thereby without the knowledge of the owner and with intent to evade payment therefor, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
