8.32.010 - Purpose¶
It is the purpose of this title to allow the establishment of rules and regulations governing the use of Waterfront Park.
8.32.020 - Enabling provision¶
The city is hereby authorized and directed to establish rules and regulations governing the use of Waterfront Park, to do so through are of a city council resolution, and to amend said resolution from time to time as deemed necessary to appropriate.
8.32.030 - Violation of rules and regulations¶
Any person violating any of these sales and regulations as established by resolution, and as amended from time to time, shall be guilty of an infraction or a misdemeanor as provided in the city's general penalty ordinance.
