10.44.010 - Driving through funeral processions prohibited.¶
No driver of a vehicle, except an emergency vehicle, shall drive between vehicles comprising a funeral procession while they are in motion and when the vehicles in such processions are conspicuously so designated.

10.44.020 - Clinging to moving vehicles prohibited.¶
Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, roller skates, or any toy vehicle shall not attach the same or himself to any street car or moving vehicle upon any roadway.

10.44.030 - Driving over new pavement prohibited.¶
No person shall ride or drive any animal or any vehicle over or across any newly made pavement or freshly painted marking in any street when a barrier or sign is in place warning persons not to drive over or across such pavement or marking, or when a sign is in place stating that the street or any portion thereof is closed.

10.44.040 - Limited access roadways.¶
No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any limited access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are established by public authority.

10.44.050 - Restrictions on use of freeways.¶
No person shall drive or operate any bicycle, motor driven cycle, or any vehicle which is not drawn by a motor vehicle upon any street established as a freeway, as defined by Section 332 of the Vehicle Code, nor shall any pedestrian walk across or along any such street so designated and described except in space set aside for the use of pedestrians, provided official signs are in place giving notice of such restrictions.

10.44.060 - Crossing fire hose without consent prohibited.¶
No vehicle shall be driven over any unprotected hose of the fire department when laid down on any street or across an entrance to any private driveway, for the purpose of being used at any fire, without the consent of the Chief of the fire department or the assistant in command.

10.44.070 - Use of coasters, roller skates and similar devices restricted.¶
No person mounted upon roller skates or riding in, on or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle or similar device shall go upon any roadway or upon the sidewalk in any business district.

10.44.080 - Parade permit requirements.¶
A. No person shall hold or be a participant in any parade, procession or other assemblage or demonstration upon any public street, unless a permit therefor has been granted by the city council; provided, that the standards for such issuance shall be as the city council may from time to time establish by resolution.
B. Such permits may be granted by the city council upon written application filed with the city manager in such form as he may prescribe.
