Sec. 4-3-101. - Standards and training.

A. The City hereby declares its desire to qualify to receive aid from the State under the provisions of Penal Code pt. 4, tit. 4, ch. 1 (Penal Code § 13500 et seq.).

B. Pursuant to Penal Code § 13522, the City, while receiving aid from the State pursuant to Penal Code pt. 4, tit. 4, ch. 1 (Penal Code § 13500 et seq.), will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
