That certain room in the northeasterly portion of the second floor of the old City Hall or that certain room designated in the ninth floor of the new City Hall or in the place designated by the City Council within said new City Hall.

§ 2-250.1. Council Chamber Door.

The Council Chamber door shall be the main entrance to the Council Chamber as designated by the City Council.
