§ 16.30.000. Adopted by reference.

(a) The Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code, 2024 Edition, published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials is adopted by reference by the City.

(b) At least one copy of said code will be deposited in the office of the Building Official and shall at all times be maintained by the Building Official for use and examination by the public.
