§ 16.20.000. Adopted by reference.¶
(a) The California Plumbing Code, Title 24, Part 5, 2025 Edition including Chapter 1, Division II and Appendices A, B, D, H, I, J, M, N, R and S, which incorporates and amends the Uniform Plumbing Code, 2024 Edition, published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, with changes, additions, and deletions set forth in this Chapter, are adopted by reference as the plumbing code of the City.
(b) At least one copy of said plumbing code has been deposited in the office of the Building Official and shall at all times be maintained by the Building Official for use and examination by the public.

§ 16.20.010. Section 104.5—Fees.¶
Section 104.5 of the California Plumbing Code is amended to read as follows:
The fee for each permit shall be as set forth by fee resolution of the City Council.
