§ 16.35.000. Adopted by reference.

(a) The California Green Building Standards Code, Title 24, Part 6, 2025 Edition and Appendices 4 and 5, with changes, additions, and deletions set forth in this Chapter, are adopted by reference as the green building standards code of the City.

(b) At least one copy of said green building standards code has been deposited in the office of the Building Official and shall at all times be maintained by the Building Official for use and examination by the public.
