24.19.375 USE PERMIT TO RUN WITH THE LAND

Except for lapse of C.U.P. pursuant to Section 24.19.350, a Use Permit granted _ pursuant to the provisions of this Section shall continue to be valid upon a change of ownership of the site, business, service, use or structure which was the subject of the Use Permit application.
