24.11.820 CONDITIONS

Adult businesses may be permitted only in the C-2 zone, subject to the conditions listed herein:
A, No such business shal] be located within five hundred (500) feet of the nearest point of a lot on which is located a religious and/or educational institution, a public park or recreation facility.
B. No such business shall be located within five hundred (500) feet of any Jot on which another adult business is located.
C. No such business shall be located within two hundred (200) feet of any lot within any residential zone.
QD. No such business shall operate between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M.

For the purpose of this ordinance, the following non-exclusive list of activities shall be deemed adult businesses:

B. Adult Bookstore

D. Adult Drive-In Theater
E. Adult Mini-Motion Picture Theater

SECTION 24.13 OFF-STREET PARKING
24.13.110 PURPOSE
These regulations are for the purpose of providing convenient off-street parking for vehicles, and are to be considered as the minimum necessary for such uses permitted by the respective zone.
The intent of these regulations is to provide adequately designed parking areas with sufficient capacity and adequate space for turning and maneuvering to minimize traffic congestion and promote public safety. It shall be the responsibility of the developer, owner, or operator of the specific use to provide and maintain adequate off-street parking.
