Consolidation of the Offices of County Agricultural Commissioner and County Sealer of Weights and Measures into Department of Agriculture. The offices of County Agricultural Commissioner and County Sealer of Weights and Measures of the County of Humboldt are consolidated. Such consolidated offices shall be known as the Department of Agriculture of the County of Humboldt. (Ord. 358, §§ 1 & 2, 1/27/1959) 249-2. Functions of Department of Agriculture. The Department of Agriculture of the County of Humboldt shall be headed by one individual, who shall carry out the mandated duties of County Agricultural Commissioner and County Sealer of Weights and Measures of the County of Humboldt as found in State law and regulation.
