34.4.1 Special Representation for Minimum Lot Size, where a Minimum Lot Size and…

Size are Both Specified. Whenever the Development Standard Combining Zone is used to modify the principal zone to specify a minimum lot size and a minimum average-lot size that must be maintained in subdividing any lot within the zone, the following designators shall be used as applicable: (Former Section CZ#A313-41(G))

any parcel results in a density consistent with the General Plan. As part of the subdivision action, a rezone to the appropriate SY(x) parcel size designation shall be required. As necessary to maintain consistency with the General Plan, the lot size specification requirements shall be a part of the enforceable restrictions of the subdivision.
